perm or weave. I got a perm and my hair is easy to manage and not frizzy anymore

No do not relaxed (perm) your hair. Visit this site its all about women of African decent.
Most black celebs (beyonce, tara banks, naomi cambell, etc) wear weaves. lace wigs, half wigs, sew in weaves.
