I think it’s probably because they will always think they can do better because they are “famous”. They’re always around other famous people, and therefore think “Hey…if I get the chance to bang so-and-so, I might as well do it”.
But really…it’s not just celebrity marriages that don’t last; it’s marriages in general. Over 50% divorce rate now…no just with the famous folk!
I think it was their distance issues. Like Reese and Ryan. One would stay home while the other filmed. Also there’s always a new **** co star. Hey, it’s Hollywood, the ultmate swingers party. Right, Angelina?
Some do: Paul Newman and Joanna Woodward. Egos clashing may be a reason, having to travel apart and be in *** scenes with other people may be a factor too.
Well, how do you feel when your significant other cheats on you??? I can’t figure out how these people can put up with their spouses making out with other actors all the time. I know it’s “acting” - but do you honestly think that doesn’t put a strain on relationships when they’re that convincing?? Or that emotions aren’t stirred up when you have to “pretend” to have those feelings for such an intense period of time?
They spend so much time apart with each partner spending lots of time with other charismatic **** superstars. They even have to flirt on screen in movies and video’s. Too much opportunity and temptation.
Probably the main thing that keeps most normal marriages together is lack of alternatives.
a good question to go with this would be why do many older couples who have been together for a long time are people who have started with “nothing”, raised a nice family, etc etc. they are able to work through hardships and build, and become better people, as do “normal” relationships. celebrity ones dont leave lots of room to build when they are millionaires. and it is a conflict of egos. they want to make their movies, be a jetsetter, and come home in time for dinner. another issue is that many times, either the woman or man of the relationship wants to have kids, while the other one doesnt find it plausible or has no interest, mostly because it takes a lot for celebrities to make that kind of commitment.
because they never get enough time to spend wiv each other and wen they do get married and r 2getha they realise they have nothing in common apart frm the celebrity status
I think it is because they have no privacy and that could put a strain on a relationship. Also, They are celebrities they think they could have anyone they wanted.
It is there egos and the constant paparazzi stalking them and there children…..they have NO chance for intimacy or just to be alone and that is key in a marriage
I dont get it at all. i dont understand it either. Its hard to get.Well, cleberbities, in my opinion just want to amrry the hottest person, and actually the richest person. they want the most money they can get, get the best home, look the best, etc. Its all one giant competeion!!!
That is one of the answers I was going to say, their alter egos make them **** their heads together, and also the publicity they get from photographers who don’t give them their privacy. One other factor is if the woman makes more money than the guy does, that definately is another conflict. For some reason men don’t like their women making more money than they do. Or who is more popular. All these things plus more stuff definately seems to play a huge part in divorces.
because the media is always in their faces…and they get rly pissed about it and they end up taking it out on each other….and theres probably more reasons. ?

You’re right! A conflict of BIG, over-inflated egos.

Too many temptations, too much money and yes, ego. If the woman earns more than the man and is more popular, it creates problems.

with a marriage, you become united with your spouse. those celebs have too big of an ego to just become one, so they never really love eachother.
