I would definitely want the old Avril Lavigne back. Like in Under My Skin, I think even though she dressed a bit more femininely like the pictures in the cd booklet, she was still an inspirational pop rocker. I won’t say she was an all out punk rocker because she doesn’t seem that to me, but her image then didn’t affect us because songs like Nobody’s Home were really awesome. But look at Girlfriend and the music video- what was she thinking?

Has anyone else noticed from the middle of last year to now the amount of celebrities who have separated, divorced, rushed into committment and split up?? Why does it seem like no one takes the vows and union seriously anymore? I think that it is really pathetic and a joke. Added to that, you have all of these children who were brought into the “union” who now have to grow up in broken homes and have the spotlight on them their entire lives. I just think marriage should be taken more seriously and people should fight harder to preserve it.
